GAMAFLOR PAC SULF

It is the suitable raised technical floor for moderate traffic locations and moderate loads where besides the building needs such as walls and ceilings, acoustic functionality is required. There are natural floor coverings such as granite or natural woods as well as the synthetic ones that give an innovative appearance due to the variety of designs.


GAMAFLOR PAC SULF raised access floor system consists of 600x600 panels with calcium sulphate core of high density with a steel bottom sheet of 5 mm and a self-extinguishing PVC edge. The panel floor covering can be chosen among a great variety of possibilities.This raised access floor system panels are supported by a structure the height of which can be regulated to reach the required level. The structure is made of pedestals and stringers on which panels are directly supported.


GAMAFLOR PAC SULF Raised Technical Floor panels are classified according to the thickness of their core into PAC SULF 28/05, PAC SULF 30/05, PAC SULF 32/05 and PAC SULF 34/05, according to thickness 28 mm, 30 mm, 32 mm or 34 mm respectively.

The galvanized steel at the bottom part of the system represents a great advance at the fire classification, load resistance increase, damp-proof and other aggressive elements, as well as for the conductivity improvement and the longer useful life of the system.

GAMAFLOR PAC SULF raised access floor panels are supported on a zinc steel structure the height of which can be regulated.

The structure is made of steel pedestals of 3,00 mm thickness, 18 mm metric threaded rod with a double steel nut and a conductive capsule. For heights over 300 mm, the use of steel stringers with a rubber-membrane attached to the pedestal head is required to avoid vibrations. The structure fixation provides solidity to the system in the event of lateral or vertical movements.

The structure fire classification is A1. The different heights of the structure are detailed bellow:
